Weekend Receptionist/Cafe Team Member Sheffield, England
Job description
Playmania Sheffield are looking to recruit weekend staff to work in multiple areas of the business including reception, our cafe and as party hosts. We are extremely busy at the weekends and need staff that can work flexibly on both Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 9:00am-8.00pm. Please do not apply if you cannot work both days at a weekend regularly.
The roles here at Playmania are very active and you are on your feet a lot and it is expected that you will work across all areas of the business as needed.
A typical busy weekend day is very varied and may include the following tasks; processing bookings, answering the phone, dealing with party admin, clearing tables, running food, ensuring cleanliness is kept to a high standard, serving on the café counter, helping to feed and host parties. Hopefully not all at the same time :)

Successful applicants will be invited to a group practical interview on Tuesday 22nd February 4-5pm. You will be required for the full duration of the interview. If you arrive late we will not be able to see you.
The practical interview will consist of a few tasks to show your skill sets. We will be observing you throughout and then successful candidates will be invited to come for a paid trial shift where you will see what the job entails and if you are a good fit for it and you like the role.

This role is paid at NMW for your age, increasing in April 2023
