Are you looking for a new role to progress in your career? Would you like a new challenge with a successful packaging manufacturer. My client is looking for a Shift Mechanical Engineer to join their team.

The Role:

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Maintaining business as usual for the plant operations
Providing reactive maintenance across plant in a safe and timely manner
Completing proactive and fault prevention, as well as continuous improvement activities
Supporting health and safety, quality, and CI teams
Coaching and supporting machine operators

The Candidate:

Essential to come from a highspeed manufacturing site, ideally FMCG
Time served
Strong team player who adopts CI and health and safety approach
Ability to manage own workload

The Package:

£44,000
