Job description
We are currently recruiting for a Weekend Receptionist at Glenvale Park which is a pivotal role in supporting the Home Manager with the effectiveness and smooth running of the reception and back office tasks and procedures.
The successful applicant will assist with recruitment, payroll, time and attendance, as well as supporting the front of house activity such as answering incoming calls and attending to visitors. This is a fast paced, busy role and will be well suited to individuals who can think on their feet and where multi-tasking comes naturally.
To be considered for this role, you will:
· Be able to manage and oversee administration duties
· Be enthusiastic, self-motivated with a positive, upbeat personality
· Possess excellent numeracy and literacy skills
· Able to communicate with others at all levels
· Have the ability to plan and manage own workload to achieve required outcomes
· Have an excellent eye for detail and the ability to identify errors/anomalies
· Have previous strong admin skills, ideally obtained within a care home setting

Hours of work will be 09.00 to 17.00, Saturday and Sunday (weekends only).
