Job description
We are looking for a Hotel Team Member to join ibis Sheffield City working weekends, 8 hours per week at a salary of £10.50 per hour. Officially known as a Guest Service Manager, you will be multi-skilled, working at Reception, in our bar and restaurant, and potentially in the kitchen so you'll need to be great at customer service, love meeting new people and happy to turn your hand to different tasks.
We're looking for someone with a year or more's experience in a similar role and you'll need to be confident with a computer, happy to be on your feet, and flexible around shift availability. Our main requirements are that you're are outgoing, reliable and a great believer in delivering excellent customer service for our guests.
We're looking for someone to make an immediate start if possible.
While the contract is based on 8 hours per week, additional shifts may be available to help cover holidays and busy periods. The majority of shifts will be during the day, but occasional night shifts may be required depending on the demands of the business.
