Field Care Supervisor

The role is for a Field Care Supervisor. You will be responsible for implementing field-based quality control and providing support with a smile to our Care Assistants in the field.
Principal responsibilities
- Support and manage a team of Care Assistants.
- To be on-call in case of emergency on a rota basis.
- To maintain close liaison with both the Care Manager and Care Coordinator.
- Act as a link between the customer and the office.
- Oversee care quality control.
- Monitor and supervise care service.

You do not need to have held the role before. We are looking for the right personality that shares our passion for delivering quality care and can communicate well with clients and our wonderful team of care assistants.
You will though, need to have the following qualities:
- Self-motivated, well-organised & reliable.
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Good oral and written skills.
- Possess good computer and IT skills.
- 2 years’ experience providing care.
- Caring and sensitive.
- Flexible.
- Committed to maintaining our high standards of care.
- UK Driving License.

- £24,000 per annum
