We have exciting opportunities for Health Care Assistants to join our team at our Faversham Community Hospital in the East Kent Locality of Kent
Community Health Foundation Trust.
The successful applicant will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered on a daily basis. The
team includes Registered Nurses, Rehabilitation Assistants, Health Care Assistants, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapists, Care Managers,
Pharmacist and a speciality doctor to provide holistic care for our patients.
The hospital is within easy reach by public transport and there are major road links with the Towns of Canterbury, Ashford and Sittingbourne.

You will share the C.A.R.E values of the team and wider Trust whilst working within a unit that brings
the feeling of community to Faversham Cottage Hospital.
The ability to prioritise work load when required is a must along with keeping patient safety at the forefront
You would need to be a good team player to support the wellbeing of the team as a whole. Faversham is a Therapy/Nurse led unit that focuses on rehabilitation, we work with our patients and their families to provide the equipment and level of independence required to facilitate a discharge to
their destination of choice where possible.
