Weekend Assistant Charity Shop Manager - Stokesley

We have an exciting opportunity for a Weekend Assistant Charity Shop Manager, working 1 day per weekend in our Stokesley store. Our Retail Charity Shops make an important contribution to income generation in support of our hospice services so you will be helping to support the charity whilst gaining valuable experience in a retail role.

The successful candidates should have an understanding of the Retail sector, be customer focused with the ability to help maximise shop sales and profits. To succeed in this role a positive outlook and can do attitude is essential, along with great communication and the ability to support a team of volunteers. If you have worked in the Retail sector before but not in the Charity Retail sector, this will provide you with a great insight and valuable experience for future opportunities.

Reporting to the Charity Shop Manager in our Stokesley store, the successful candidate will be working 1 day each weekend and have some flexibility to work extra shifts as required. The Stokesley shop is open from 9.00m to 4.45pm Monday to Sunday so, unlike most retail roles, there are no vastly early mornings or late evenings.
