Job description
The Royal Oak is a traditional pub located in the heart of Earlsdon, Coventry. The Oak, along with our partner venues Street and Millsy's Cafe Bar are great places to work and progress within. We pride ourselves on employing and training to the highest standard.
We’re looking for a few candidates that are hard-working, will enjoy chatting to and looking after our regulars, and pride themselves on welcoming customers as they would into their own homes!
No previous experience is needed as full training will be given, however due to the nature of the trade all applicants must:
- be over 18 years old
- be in Coventry and available to work through the busy December nights
- be able to work weekends / late-night evenings
- be flexible, as shifts are on a week-to-week rota, with hours varying with seasonal/holiday times being busier.
- be willing to work across our three venues as required
