What do you get to do in this position?
- Responsible for the strict application of standardized processes in manufacturing / production processes across a broad scope including for example some basic maintenance processes.
- Strong contributor to continuous improvement.
What are your key responsibilities in the role?
- Demonstrate a number of competencies within relevant cells to support the changing needs of the customer
- Apply procedures detailed within the appropriate assembly instructions and specifications
- Record issues affecting the daily short interval management (SIM) objectives
- Comply with the Quality, Environmental Management systems, Health & Safety Policy and Housekeeping 5S process
- Complete standard tests and inspection against quality standards
- Suggest proposals to improve the working procedures and cells
- Identify and express to the team leader any risks regarding health and safety, quality and environment, including all incidents and near misses
- All lost time in production is known and recorded
- This role might be for you if?
- Experience in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage
- Provide evidence of eligibility to work in the UK
- English fluency is a must
