What will you be doing?
We are searching for talented individuals to join us on Webchat within our growing team in our Vodafone Liverpool Partner store. In this role, you will lead, motivate, coach and develop a team of Webchat Advisers to deliver an exceptional customer experience and exceed performance targets. By interacting directly with customers through an online conversation platform, you will understand their needs, build trust and create a personal experience to be remembered.
Who are we looking for?
We need passionate team members who can help us capture the energy and initiative needed to deliver amazing customer service and sales each day. We are looking for people who are level-headed, have a mature mind-set, combined with enthusiasm, energy and drive. In addition to previous team leader/management experience, a clear commercial understanding and the ability to identify potential opportunities, as well as holding strong communication skills will be key to this role.
