Location: Omagh (Hybrid - Although some Homebase work, the role will largely be based in our Omagh office)
Salary: Above Real Wage
Hours: 38 hours per week
Contract Length: 12 months

What will you be doing?
We are searching for talented individuals to join us on Webchat within our growing team in our Vodafone Omagh Partner store. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and determining appropriate actions for resolution, delivering commercial KPI’s within our partner stores and increasing our digital presence. By interacting directly with customers through an online conversation platform, you will understand their needs, build trust and create a personal experience to be remembered.
