A great opportunity for someone who is looking for a flexible bookkeeping role within the ecommerce industry. Sock Snob UK Ltd is a company that has shipped over 1 million packs of socks in the last 12 months to our worldwide customer base through multiple online selling channels.
For this role we are allowing the succesful applicant to work via a hybrid model, ideally 50/50 hour split working from home & working in our offices just south of Leicester. We would only ask that for the first 4-6 weeks that all working hours will be in our offices.

Bookkeeping
- Creating monthly sales reports using excel & google sheets from multiple online ecommerce channels.
- Using reports to help summarize VAT calculations on sales.
- Using Linnworks, Amazon, eBay & other channels to collect transactional data for sales reports
- Collecting VAT invoices from marketplace partners for the accounting firm we work with
- Compiling refund reports using excel & google sheets from multiple online ecommerce channels
- Communicating sales & refund report data clearly with managers, directors & allocated accountant
- Uploading sales & refund data & invoices to Quickbooks.
Useful to have:
- Sound knowledge of excel or google sheets
- Interest or familiarity with e commerce marketplace platforms including amazon & eBay
- Previous experience with order management systems such as linnworks is preferred
- Gained or actively studying a finance qualification (e.g. AAT)
- Experience using Quickbooks
