Job Title: Web3 Marketing Intern

Location: Fully remote, as long as you can work British hours.

About the company: The Social Laboratory is a web3 native marketing agency that provides it's clients with organic community growth services and growth strategies. We've been in business since 2021 and are looking to grow rapidly this year and surpass our revenue goals.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Web3 Marketing Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our Web3 solutions and services to potential customers. You will gain hands-on experience in the exciting and rapidly growing Web3 industry, and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects to support our marketing initiatives. You will also have 1-2-1 sessions with our founder on a weekly basis where you can learn more about the industry and focus on developing your skills in a mentoring session.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., social media, email, events) to drive awareness and adoption of our Web3 solutions and services.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop messaging, positioning, and sales collateral that resonate with target audiences.
  • Create content for social media, blogs, and other marketing channels, and assist with content curation and distribution.
  • Leverage Web3 technologies and platforms, such as NFTs, DAOs, and DeFi, to develop innovative marketing solutions for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in the Web3 industry, and integrate them into marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance, and assist with reporting results to key stakeholders.
  • Assist with the development and management of relationships with key influencers and partners in the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's brand and messaging, and ensure that all marketing communications are consistent with the brand voice and values.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Web3 technologies and the potential they hold for disrupting traditional business models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content for target audiences.
  • Experience with social media platforms, such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
