Job description

As the demand for our expertise continues to grow, we're now on the lookout for our next talented Architectural Assistant - Part 1. You will join our significantly experienced Architectural team based at our offices in central London.
- Assistance with formulating the brief and communicating the brief effectively to colleagues as required
- Carry out studies and design proposals for review
- Cooperate with other members of the design team
- Ensure design proposals conform to the latest building regulations and technical standards
- Providing a practical and methodical approach to solving problems, working to fixed budgets and working within deadlines
- Assistance with planning applications, Building Regulations
- Inspection of building work on site
- Part 1 qualified Architectural Assistant with a minimum of a 2.1 degree qualification
- Exceptional visualisation skills
- AutoCAD & Revit
- Sketchup
- Rhino
- DIVA for Rhino, grasshopper for Rhino
- Enscape
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
