NATIONAL AMATEUR SPORTS (NAS) is seeking motivated applicants for the position of
SPORTS PRODUCTION & CONTENT MANAGER. This position requires both technical and creative expertise to execute weekly live high school sports productions as well as the design and creation of compelling digital sports content for NAS and our partners.

Job Opportunity
NAS is looking for a live sports video production and content professional who thrives in a hands-on environment producing live events and finding ways to improve the content each day through high level on-site production, highlights, game clips and other creative content development. To succeed in this role, the candidate should be willing to engage with the latest streaming technology and have an ability to organize and lead production crews at high school live sporting events.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements
- Responsible for all aspects of streaming broadcasts utilizing audio/video equipment and computer-based machine control devices at high school athletic locations
- Responsible for content creation including promotional videos, pre/post-game content, streaming graphical assets, in-game sponsor elements and other projects as assigned
- Responsible for scheduling, training, and supervising production personnel
- Responsible for interacting with athletics directors, coaches and student-athletes where applicable
- Develop scalable sports content strategy to use across high school websites and social media
- This position requires work beyond normal business hours, including selective weekends

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in live production and content development (can be inclusive of undergraduate practical experience)
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Understanding of sports broadcasts
- Ability to organize, prioritize and schedule work assignments
- Experience with video editing and graphic design (examples - Adobe and Canva)
- Ability to learn streaming gear and remain current on the latest technology
- Demonstrated proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Experience generating and deploying social media content (sports field preferred)
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,197.52 - $46,001.31 per year

- After school
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
