Job description
We are looking for motivated Male Health Care Assistants to work at Client's Homes based all over the Borough of Ealing, W13 area close to West Ealing Station. If you are experienced, can work in West Ealing, reach out!
You will assist the service user with a variety of duties, and in doing so you will observe and respect the service user’s dignity, privacy and independence as far as is practical.

Main duties and responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Service User in implementation of an agreed plan of care with the patient and in accordance with instructions and training received
- Helping to promote and maintain an environment conducive to meeting the needs of the patient/relatives and carers.
- Contributing to a team approach to patient care in conjunction with all members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Contributing to the legality and accuracy of the patients care plan and or other reports and the effectiveness of the established communication/reporting system over the full 24hrs.
- Assisting the patient to ensure they have the opportunity to meet their individual dietary requirements. Ensuring all patients receive their chosen and correct meals.
- To help with personal care tasks for 1hr on Mon, Wed, Fridays & Sundays (5pm - 6pm).
- To take out the Service Users for 5hrs every Saturday & Sunday in the community 911am - 4pm).
- Total of 14hrs a week with this Service User.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 14 per week
Salary: From £11.05 per hour
