We’re looking for a Project Leader (Healthy Homes), who will report to the Healthy Homes Manager. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of proactive cyclical maintenance and programmes of work to maintain customers’ homes at the One Manchester Homes Standard to prevent future cases of disrepair. You will utilise customer feedback and data to plan appropriate programmes of work for delivery whilst achieving high levels of customer satisfaction throughout.
This is a brand new role in our Healthy Homes team so a fantastic time for someone to join, as the team is currently growing!
Key responsibilities
Manage and deliver a continuous programme of cyclical works.
Work closely with the Asset Manager and Healthy Homes Manager to develop, scope and deliver Healthy Homes investment programmes.
Pilot and test material choices and technologies developing appropriate specifications.
Work with the Asset Management Team to collect and collate data.
Manage project specific financial budgets and procurement controls.
What we’re looking for:
HNC level in a construction related discipline or equivalent through training / experience;
IOSH Managing Safely Certificate (or equivalent);
Knowledge and track record in procurement and delivery of construction projects
Knowledge of performance and budget management
Ability to produce clear, well-structured reports which facilitates effective decision making
Full driving license;
Experienced in using Microsoft Office packages
Ability to analyse and interpret data and to make informed and balanced service delivery decisions;
Ability to set and manage complex budgets;
Proven track record of successful partnership working with both internal and external stakeholders;
