Job description
We are seeking a passionate digital creator to create useful performance resources for Heathrow colleagues. What do we mean by performance resources? – Useful stuff that allows colleagues to do their jobs.
We are looking for someone who has a strong graphic design, video, and copywriting experience. The key for this role will be to work closely with our end users and stakeholders to create digital solutions to fix user problems. You’ll either come from an agency background or have a passion for digital content, social media, or user experience.
The Digital Content Producer, working to the Digital Learning Manager, will be responsible for output of the highest creative and editorial standards for Heathrow. The Content Producer will also need to keep abreast of daily/ weekly trends and new technologies (e.g. Chat GPT, Midjourney), regularly experiment with new formats and remain at the forefront of digital and social content creation.
- Conceptualising, creating, editing, and publishing useful and engaging content (E.g. One-page guides, text, flow charts, graphics, pintables, pdfs, presentations or videos)
- Being able to confidently research, writing useful content which solves a user problem
- Regularly developing and pitching creative story ideas to consultants and stakeholders
- Managing and coordinating with external partners such as diverse creative talents or digital media agencies. If creating video content yourself, sourcing locations, contributors and production talent
- Working across multiple projects at the same time and managing competing deadlines
- Hands-on experience creating useful digital content for social media or digital platforms
- Evidence of conceptualising, creating, editing, and publishing useful and engaging content (e.g. One-page guides, text, flow charts, graphics, pintables, pdfs, presentations or videos)
- Demonstrated capability to research (E.g. Management, Security, Health and Safety, Leadership) and use the research to write useful content that solves a user problem
- Demonstrable experience of managing multiple deliverables at once, and as such, highly organised, with the proven ability to prioritise, manage workload and deadlines and maintain attention to detail
- Evidence of regularly develop and pitch creative story ideas to consultants and stakeholders

Working Location
Our agile approach offers the opportunity to combine home working with meetings, events and training at the airport. All roles involve some on-site working each week, so you’ll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
