As a full service creative marketing agency their services cover strategy, creative and multi-channel production. They have created and delivered over 1800 projects and marketing campaigns covering 53 countries around the world. Their work has created over 5 million physical engagements and produced branded content reaching over 20 Billion views. They are looking for a Social Content Producer to work on a hugely varied range of social content projects within their Production team.
The Role:
The ideal candidate will have worked in a Producer role delivering social content that includes (but not limited to) the following;
- Film and stills shoots for social media – from tiny fast turnaround content to larger social content series
- Content that integrates short form motion graphics/animations and video
- Post-production of multiple social media content pieces, as well as ‘live’ content capture/posting direct to social platforms
Core Duties:
- Work alongside internal account, creative, legal, strategy and production teams to deliver projects from initial client brief through to completion
- Scoping, budgeting and building out initial proposals and project plans
- Being responsible for social content projects from pre-production to final delivery
- Create & manage key project documentation: budgets, project plans & schedules, estimates/quotes, timelines, callsheets, status/contact reports anad risk assessments
- Manage freelance bookings, work schedules and file/project access and delivery
- Sourcing freelance crew and other suppliers
- Tracking feedback rounds and amends completed to assets in development
- Input/create asset deliverables matrix documents for projects large and small
- Coordinating necessary approvals and rounds of amends at all stages of the project (being key Content team contact for clients)
- Attendance on shoot dates (this may on occasion include overseas travel)
- Booking and managing content post-production processes such as sound design, colour grading, music composition etc.
- Anticipate, identify and resolve any potential issues before they arise.
Requirements:
- Experience in a comparable position / agency / industry
- A highly organised self-starter, team player, relationship builder who also has the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent client communications with exceptional attention to detail
- Thorough understanding of production and post-production processes
- A can-do attitude to problem solving, understanding the importance of hustle in order to make a little go a long way.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Experience with Adobe products such as Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects etc a bonus
