Customer Advisor – Permanent Role
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to undertake the post of Customer Advisor within the York HUB Customer Service Team, with the skills and experience to deliver for our customers.

54North Homes owns and manages over 3,000 homes throughout Yorkshire. The housing association was formed in December 2022, through a merger between Leeds & Yorkshire Housing Association and York Housing Association and is a subsidiary of the Karbon Homes Group. · Salary is £ 24,845.27 per annum
· Location: York Office (Monks Cross)
· 37 Hours per week with some homeworking available/flexible working
· Generous benefits package including 26 days annual leave on commencement rising to 31 days after 3 years’ service, occupational pension, health cash plan, and birthday leave, with the option of a flexible pot towards enhanced benefits.
The Role of the Customer Advisor.
Our Customer Relationship Team is committed to delivering excellent service to our customers. We represent 54 North Homes at the first point of contact, dealing with a variety of customer enquiries. We pride ourselves on being knowledgeable, efficient and customer focused, delivering a quality customer experience.
We are looking to appoint suitably experienced individuals to undertake the post of Customer Advisor. The successful candidates will handle a range of customer enquiries, in a muti channel environment. They will provide valuable support for our customers, expertly triaging issues, identifying the appropriate path for each customer and resolving as much as possible at the first point of contact. They will be customer focused, liaising with colleagues to ensure a first-class service is provided.
As well as being the first point of contact for our customers you will be responsible for providing administrative support across the organization to our internal customers, working on a rota basis to cover the following functions, Housing, Maintenance & Office Support.
Extensive training and ongoing support, coaching & development will be provided.
