Sales Account Manager
Salary: circa £45k p/a + Bonus/Commission structure
Hours: Full Time

Main Duties
We are an award winning ambitious governance and company secretarial firm made up 20 – 30 team members with an office situated just outside London Blackfriars station. Our company operates in a serious and complex industry where sales and business development can be challenging, so we are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager who has the right aptitude and talent to deliver against our growing sales targets.
Working closely with our Head of Strategic and Business Development, the successful candidate will be someone who is sales driven and possess excellent relationship management skills. Attention to detail and being able to strike the right tone with prospects are key attributes for this role.
The Sales Account Manager shall be expected to take ownership of a sales target, the sales pipeline and drive new initiatives for business generation on a day to day basis. They will also be required to deliver strong Account Management, staying close to our existing client base and carrying out regular client reviews.
We are looking for someone who is a creative thinker, a real team player and who has a genuine passion for success – this role requires an ability to inject fresh ideas and provide additional support for more junior members of the team. The successful candidate will display excellent oral and written communication skills and be a natural networker who is comfortable holding discussions at Board and C Suite level.

Skills and Experience
· Candidates must have a sales or account management background of at least 5 years
· Experience of RFP’s / Bid writing
· Proven sales target related success
· Driven and highly organised
· Entrepreneurial and pro-active
· Logical, pragmatic, and purposeful
· Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft systems
· Excellent oral and written English
· Networker and highly confident in social media usage
· Flexible approach
Desirables
· Experience of working within a legal industry professional services firm
· Experience of using Hubspot
