Job Description: Web Designer with Language Skills (Farsi, Arabic, or Turkish)
Position Overview: As a Web Designer with language skills in Farsi, Arabic, or Turkish, along with a full level of English proficiency, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that cater to diverse international audiences. Your expertise in web design, combined with your language abilities, will enable you to develop websites that resonate with users in regions where Farsi, Arabic, or Turkish are spoken. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement web interfaces that enhance user experience and align with the organization's branding and communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Web Design and Development: Design and develop visually engaging and responsive websites that cater to international markets. Ensure websites are culturally sensitive, multilingual, and user-friendly, taking into account language-specific text and visuals.
Language Integration: Utilise your language skills in Farsi, Arabic, or Turkish to incorporate language-specific elements, typography, and content into the website design. Ensure accurate translations and cultural relevance.
User Experience (UX) Design: Create intuitive and seamless user experiences by designing user-friendly navigation, interactive elements, and clear calls-to-action. Optimise website performance and load times.
Branding and Visual Identity: Maintain consistency in branding across the website, adhering to brand guidelines, colour schemes, and design principles. Enhance the website's visual appeal while promoting the organisation's identity.
Collaboration: Work closely with web developers, content creators, and marketing teams to understand project requirements, target audiences, and campaign objectives. Collaborate on design concepts and provide creative input.
Website Maintenance: Monitor and update website content and design to ensure relevance, accuracy, and freshness. Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve design-related issues.
Multilingual Support: Implement language selection and switcher functionality to accommodate multilingual audiences. Ensure seamless navigation between different language versions of the website.
Mobile Responsiveness: Design and optimise websites for a variety of devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones, to provide a consistent user experience across platforms.
Accessibility Compliance: Ensure website design complies with accessibility standards, making it inclusive and usable for individuals with disabilities.
Market Research: Stay updated on web design trends, cultural preferences, and user behaviour in Farsi, Arabic, or Turkish-speaking regions. Conduct market research to inform design decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, User Experience (UX) Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse web projects.
- Proficiency in English and fluency in Farsi, Arabic, or Turkish (all three languages preferred).
- Proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, responsive design, and mobile optimisation.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development technologies is advantageous.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to create designs that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, and visual storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and receive feedback constructively.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering visually impactful web designs.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website analytics tools is a plus.

Salary: £27,500.00-£35,000.00 per year
