Position Summary
As a Graphic Designer in our Design Department, you will assume responsibility for all graphic design work that supports the products and services provided to our clients. This position will also expose you to the security design and printing work that underpins a variety of secure documents, such as driver licences, identification cards, travel documents, banknotes etc.

What You Will Do
Create visually appealing and impactful designs that support CBN client needs and initiatives;- Design collateral (posters, cover pages, brochures, banners, etc.) and supporting graphics, illustrations, and presentations for print and/or digital formats;
- Collaborate with various internal departments (Business Development, Marketing, Manufacturing, etc.) throughout the design process to ensure alignment;
- Manage your own projects and ensure that all deliverables are on time and suitable for either presentation or production; and
- Various other duties and responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge and Experience
- College diploma in Graphic Arts/Design/etc.
- 3 years of graphic design experience in a print environment
- Excellent grasp of graphic design fundamentals, layout, composition, and typography
- Fully proficient with Adobe suite of products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
- Excellent illustration and/or artistic skills
- Able to follow detailed specifications and apply technical requirements
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Self-directed
- Flexible/adaptable
- Team player
Mandatory Requirements
Ability to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Secret (Level II) clearance- Ability to provide access to a portfolio of your work
