Are you looking for an opportunity to enhance the experience of students around the world? If so, our Client Support Officer role is for you. Tribal i-graduate provides higher education institutions across the world with surveys that benchmark the student experience.
We provide best-in-class student surveys and financial analysis, which help universities and colleges to monitor the student experience, operate efficiently, and target resources to enhance the student experience and improve student outcomes.
The Role
You will be supporting both UK and overseas clients in the many aspects of survey administration: from survey set-up, through response monitoring, to reporting of the survey results. Working closely with our technical team and our regional consultants you will be key to ensuring our clients have the best possible experience.
The role is all about relationship building and project management. Excellent communication skills, a high standard of project co-ordination, and an inherent appreciation for data security are key attributes.
The Person
Along with experience in a similar role within an administration environment, you will have a good level of account/client management experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced business support role.
Key Aspects of the Role
Good experience and knowledge of MS Office is essential.
Attention to detail and time keeping skills will be highly utilised in this busy team.
Confidence in dealing with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
A pro-active approach is essential, as is the ability to work flexibly and responsively to changing business requirements. You will be required to work flexibly and willing to support your co-workers.
Work closely with the i-graduate technical team to manage data requirements.
Adhere to multiple, simultaneous deadlines and contractual targets.
Management of requests and queries from clients and colleagues in a timely manner.
And if you have a second language (reading and writing, especially simplified or traditional Chinese) that would be great – although it’s not essential.
