Job description

Here at Dunelm, we are looking for a Web Administrator to join our Web Team on a full time, permanent position. The role will be working within our Web function that is based in our Stoke Distribution Centre.

The ideal candidate will be pc literate and used to windows, outlook, excel and will be confident in giving clear instruction to other colleagues.

The main responsibilities for the Web Administrator will be:

  • Workload distribution
  • Allocating trailer paperwork
  • Monitoring trailer departure times and load
  • Managing pick screen / despatch screen
  • Managing colleague workload throughout pick
  • Liaising with customer service
  • Point of contact between colleague and Depot Manager
  • Keeping communication up to date via email / shared documents

You will be working 40 hours on 5 out of 7 days, shifts.
