What you will be doing
This role reports into the Senior HR Business Partner for UK&I Functions and our team is responsible for all generalist HR activity for the Functions who include all roles in the Finance, HR, Legal, Communications and Marketing teams.
You’ll help deliver outstanding people practices so that we are in the best place to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Your role will be incredibly varied as you’ll be involved in the whole employee lifecycle. Whilst the work focus won’t be the same each day, you’ll have the opportunity to use your current knowledge, develop new skills and meet lots of new people.
The difference you’ll make
- Provide support, guidance, and advice to line managers within the business, on all People related matters, in a professional and timely manner. You will be able to see the bigger picture and challenge where needed.
- Work collaboratively with all areas of the HR function to deliver an exceptional HR service to the business.
- To support HR Business Partners with key projects and challenges across the business through implementation of new initiatives.
- Develop meaningful relationships as a trusted HR partner using people metrics (e.g. performance, engagement, retention data) to drive better business results. As well as working with COE’s and other key support functions such as Payroll and People Services.
- Support the Senior HR Business Partner with key processes, including talent planning, annual salary review, performance management, and probation.
- Manage low level ER cases.
What you’ll bring
- Analytical mindset and a problem solver with attention to detail.
- Experience of having full ownership of tasks and activities.
- Ability to coach and support managers.
- Experience of working in a fast paced, large matrixed organisation.
It would also be nice for you to have
- Experience of ER case management or ER knowledge.
- Experience of Workday.

This is a permanent role. The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements.
