As a Waterside Crew Marina Services member, you are responsible for attaining and maintaining the highest levels of customer care through the continued maintenance and upkeep of the Marina. This in turn will create a world class service for every one of your customers.
Role
Responsible for delivery of your business specific role, to ensure the site quality, infrastructure, services are maintained to the required standards, taking a proactive role to ensure a speedy resolution to reported defects and works are completed in a timely manner.

- To consistently deliver the required standards, service and results, assess things with fresh eyes and ensure that process and procedure are adhered to.
- Plan and undertake routine maintenance tasks.
- Maintain compliance and governance by adhering to inspections of routine and safety checks, fault management procedures and risk assessments in line with H&S legislation.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and adhere with other organisations standards where applicable.
Key skills and behaviour required:
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
- Expert in your field and trained to the correct standard to meet health and safety legislation.
- Enjoys working outside, as part of a one team.
- Able to manage time effectively.
Qualification & Experience (but not necessary)
- Skills based knowledge across several, activities, ground maintenance, building repairs, plumbing and electrical.
- Competency assessed and certified to use plant & equipment.
- Electrical like for like training.
