Are you a motivated individual with a strong attention to detail?
We are recruiting for Warranty Administrators to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Although our Head Office is in Swindon, we work in an agile way and you will have the flexibility to manage your location of work accordingly.
In this role you will work closely with internal customers, assessing, creating and processing Warranty and Contract Maintenance claims for MAN branches across the country. You will also be an important point of contact for colleagues to speak with, to assist in the continuous improvement and implementation of our core processes, in order to optimise how we work as a team.
We are looking for experienced administrators who would be flexible, adaptable and not afraid to work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work as part of a team but also need the ability to use your own initiative and manage your workload with great organisational skills. The successful candidate will need to communicate effectively with customers, key stakeholders and ideally have used systems such as SAP and Excel in a previous role. Technical knowledge of vehicles is an advantage in this role, so can suit candidates from a workshop background well.
