Warehouse Team Member

A brief description of the work you will be required to carry out is:

• Respond to all inbound communications courteously, professionally and in a timely manner to build strong partnerships with all customers, colleagues and our supply chain partners.
• Liaise with and support colleagues across the business to ensure we offer the best service possible to our customers.
• Receive incoming goods and process according to established SOP’s.
• Prepare customer orders for despatch according to established SOP’s.
• Perform perpetual inventory checks when storing incoming stock.
• Ensure stock is stored in appropriate locations and update our computer system.
• Maintain the warehouse in a clean, tidy condition at all times.
• Assist at the trade counter as required.
• Perform occasional deliveries to customers’ premises.
• Assist in other areas of the business as required.

Experience of working in a similar environment and knowledge of the products we sell would be an advantage but training will be provided and ongoing. • 8:00 – 5:00 Monday to Thursday
• 8:00 – 4:00 Friday
