15 hours per week, 9:30am - 12:30pm, 5 days per week

£22,960 FTE - £9,840 pro rata

Location: Coventry Warehouse

The Children’s Society has been helping children and young people in this country for over 130 years. We run local services that support children when they are at their most vulnerable and in desperate need of help. We’re there for children, every step of the way.

This role sits within our corporate donation warehouse team.

We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic, ambitious team.

A key part of this role will be your ability to To play a full part in picking, packing and shipping orders to customers, as well as general warehouse duties and assisting with the sorting of incoming stock.

In order to be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proficient organisational skills to be able to pick, pack, sort, and store stock in a logical manner to make for easy distribution. (Essential)

  • Good written & verbal communications skills (Essential)

  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues within The Children’s Society and, where necessary, with external contacts too. (Essential)

  • Ability to work unsupervised, managing own time within fluctuating workloads and problem-solve independently. (Essential)
