We have an opportunity available for a support worker to join the team at our residential home based in Rainhill Prescot , Sherdley Court.

Responsibilities:
You will be supporting our residents on a person centered basis with enablement and maintaining their independence. Tasks will include assisting with personal care and daily living tasks and accompanying to appointments
