Position Summary
As a Project Analyst in our Identification (ID) Systems Customer Support group, you will gather, collect and analyze project related data and generate reports that track and monitor the performance of our ID systems projects and ensure that we are meeting all service level agreements (SLAs).

What You Will Do
Interact with support team members on a regular basis to ensure the information required to manage our reporting is submitted on a timely manner;- Gather and review financial data to assess and report on the performance of our projects and service level agreements;
- Generate and publish our monthly Service Management Reports and perform a trend analysis of this data to illustrate how our service management team is performing;
- Review the trend analysis reports and identify areas for improvement, providing these suggestions the Director for consideration;
- Providing administrative support to the Director and other managers in the department; and
- Various other duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Experience
- Degree or diploma in finance/economics/math or related
- Familiarity with financial/data analysis methodologies and processes
Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in MS 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
- Proficiency in MS Power BI
- Excellent organization/time management skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Attention to details
Mandatory Requirements
Ability to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Secret (Level II) clearance.
