Job description
On-Top Industries Ltd. is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as part of our Warehouse Staff. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our warehouse and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Position: Warehouse Staff
Location: Calgary, Alberta
Wage: $23.00 per hour (plus overtime at a 1.5x rate)
Bonus: 10% performance bonus after 3-month probationary period paid bi weekly, 5% year end at year end.
Responsibilities:
- Sorting and repackaging insulation and various other items within the warehouse and yard.
- Assisting with inventory management and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensuring that products are organized, labeled, and stored in the appropriate locations.
- Collaborating with team members to fulfill customer orders and prepare them for shipment.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Occasionally working with the flat-roofing crew after completing warehouse and yard duties.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to drive a forklift or willingness to undergo training.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work at a fast pace.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
