We have exciting opportunities for Nightshift Warehouse Operatives based at our Exeter store in our Goods Replenishment function. Ordinary shift times for this role will be between 03:30am and 09:30am.

We are offering flexible contracts to accommodate you, and a host of amazing employee benefits.

Scheduled induction date: 15 and 16 July or 05 and 06 August.

WHAT WE OFFER

• IKEA is a Living Wage Foundation Employer (£10.90 an hour). An additional £2.25 per hour during nightshift times (between 22:00pm and 06:00am).
• We are offering contracts of 20 hours per week, with the option to work more at agreed times.
• We operate 7 days a week, and will do our best to accommodate your availability.
• Ordinarily, work will be over 3 in 4 weekends for part-time contracts.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY-TO-DAY

• You will be responsible to merchandise the shop floor ready for store opening.
• This is a physically demanding job that involves manual handling in a fast-paced environment.
• You will work with our internal systems to ensure that customers have accurate and full stock availability at all times.
• You will ensure a safe working environment for yourself, your co-workers, and our customers.
• This role involves manual lifting, and working to tight timelines.
