Organisation: Derby Homes

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: City wide and a combination of office and home working


We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Complex Needs Team. The aim of this team is to work with our customers to identify and break down barriers which will enable them to better manage their tenancy. This will ultimately prevent evictions and homelessness.


The successful candidate will have experience of working with vulnerable people who have a variety of needs which may include mental health issues, domestic abuse, substance misuse, learning disabilities etc. The successful candidate should have an understanding of how these needs can impact on a person’s ability to manage a tenancy. They will hold a caseload of complex cases, build up a network of relevant partner agencies and work alongside them to problem solve and find creative solutions which enable people to remain in their homes. Please note that any offer of employment will be subject to satisfactory references and an Enhanced DBS check.
