We’re currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Crewe, supporting our customer, TJX. This is a full-time, permanent position, covering the hours of either 06:00 – 14:00 or 14:00 – 22:00 on an ‘any 5 from 7’ shift pattern, predominately Monday to Friday.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Support with the picking and packing of orders for TK Max stores- Assist with the loading of vehicles
- Guarantee that health and safety practices are always followed in line with company policy
What you need to succeed at GXO:
A positive attitude, with inclusive behaviours- Safety conscious
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive, with the ability to problem solve efficiently
- Adaptable in your approach – we have ever-changing deadlines to meet!
- Ideally, you’ll be PPT and LLOP trained, but this isn’t essential as all training will be provided
