Job description
We’re currently recruiting multiple roles for one of our niche clients in Lacock, Chippenham. They’re a leading food manufacturing facility, who provide high standard food distribution services across the country!
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are reliable and are available to start work immediately. As immediate work is available!
Dispatch Operatives:
- Allocating stock ready for dispatch.
- Stacking product in a safe and careful manner.
- Loading vehicles ready for delivery.
- Ensure SOPs are followed.
- Comply with all hygiene and food safety procedures.
- Quality check of products.
Shifts:
- 4 on -4 off, 06:00-18:00 - £10.73ph
- Sun-Thurs, 08:00-17:00 - £10.48ph – (This role only becomes available every couple weeks)
- Mon-Fri, 18:00-02:00, - £13.80 - (This role only becomes available every couple weeks)

Production Operatives:
- Comply with all hygiene and food safety procedures.
- Stock count on every shift. At the start and end of the shift.
- Ensure all health and safety measures are always being followed.
- Contribute ideas to site managers to improve department’s efficiency.
- Ensure SOPs are followed.
- Carefully handling eggs.
Shifts:
- 4on-4off, 06:00-18:00 - £10.73ph
- Mon-Fri, 06:00-14:00 - £10.48ph

Hand pack operatives:
- Ensure the work rate outlined by your manager is always adhered to.
- Be a multi-functional team member and support the Team Manager and peers on other lines.
- Carefully handling eggs.
- Making sure quality checking measures are followed correctly.
- Ensure that high standards of GMP are always adhered to.
- Ensure the company health and safety rules are adhered to.
- Carry out duties site wide.
Shifts:
- 2on-2off, 06:00-18:00 - £10.73ph
Ungraded Operatives:
- Comply with all hygiene and food safety procedures.
- Stock count on every shift. At the start and end of the shift.
- Ensure all health and safety measures are always being followed.
- Contribute ideas to site managers to improve department’s efficiency.
- Ensure SOPs are followed.
Shifts:
- 4on-4off, 06:00-18:00 - £10.73ph

Packaging Operatives:
- Unloading lorries from suppliers and recording traceability.
- Putting away deliveries in designated areas.
- Loading lorries for despatch. General housekeeping and organising the warehouse, ensuring department is always audit ready.
- To be a multi-functional team member and support the Team Manager with any duties required.
Shifts:
- 4on-4off, 06:00-18:00 - £10.73ph

Hygiene Operative:
- Cleaning down of production and high care areas, ensuring all equipment is kept clean.
- Reporting any breakages or faults.
- Ensuring high standards of GMP are being met.
Shifts:
- 4on-4off, 06:00-18:00 - £10.73ph

Tray Wash Op:
- Helping colleagues wash up big trays.
- Ensure all health and safety measures are always being followed.
- Cleaning all packages and pallets for production area.
Shifts:
- Mon-Fri, 06:00- 14:00 - £10.48ph
Candidate requirements:
The main things we’re looking for…
- Someone who can commute to and from the facility.
- Someone who is reliable.
- Moderate computer skills.
- Previous experience is preferred.
- Someone who is available immediately.
