Adecco recruitment are currently seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join a team in Newbury. This role is an ongoing temporary position, paying £11.42 per hour and working Monday to Friday 1pm to 9pm - however 3-4 weeks training will be working 9am to 5pm.

Relationship Builder - Builds and maintains relationships within the team and across the wider organisation

What You Will Do

You will assist in supporting and maintaining the company's distribution activities, whilst meeting customer service and quality. You will inspecting new and old kits.

You will take hour by hour responsibility for ensuring the product is inspected and dispatched to customers on time, every time. The job will be an afternoon shift although depending on volumes there may sometimes be the requirement to stay and get the job done so the candidate will have to have a sense of responsibility and commitment to going the extra mile. You will be joining a high performing team with a great focus on accuracy and quality.

What You Need

• GCSE or equivalent

• Ideally experience of working in a team, warehouse environment in a similar environment

• Experience with working with Microsoft Office

• Ability to communicate in a highly effective manner and work both independently and as part of a team on assignments.

• Must be IT literate and efficient in an administrative environment.

• They must have the ability to work on their own initiative, prioritising and organising workload.

• Must have great attention to detail.
