Working as part of a small team based in Bridgwater you will be working as a Packing Operative that supports the production team with packing duties of our product that is shipped to customers all over the world.
The role is fast paced and requires a keen attention to detail and great dexterity skills. You will be responsible for efficient and safe running of the packing department to meet targets and the required high quality standards whilst minimizing waste and downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Packing orders, making sure that all products are in sellable condition and properly packed.
- Ensuring that warehouse is always kept clean and tidy.
- Goods in, labelling and palletising products
- Performing stock check when necessary.
Rotating shift pattern: 4 on 4 off, (2 days/2 nights followed by 4 days off) each shift 12hrs long.
You should be physically fit as there might be some heavy lifting involved – Full training will be provided.
