We have four flexi shift pattern roles for Warehouse Team Members to join the friendly team at our factory in Billingham (TS23 4DU).

Please note a forklift truck licence is an essential requirement for this role.

Working hours

Flexi Shift Pattern – 07.00 x 19.00 days & 19.00 x 07.00 nights – Working up to 18 days per cycle with 9-day rest period within the cycle.

In the role of Warehouse Team Member you will have responsibility for the below:

• Offloading deliveries into storage
• Ensuring accuracy of Autostore using our Warehouse Management System
• Maintaining supply of materials to manufacturing
• Completing paperwork and ensuring accuracy and compliance

Aligned to our IWS principles and to embed the IWS ways of working you will be asked to:

• Adhere to safety and quality standards and take personal responsibility for health and safety to achieve zero losses and safety incidents
• Be flexible in your approach with an improvement and zero loss mindset
• Maintain high standards of Hygiene and Housekeeping following our clean as you go policy.
• Ensure key information is effectively communicated to the next shift through the Shift Daily Direction Setting (SDDS) process (or other communication method as required)

• Have the ability to work both individually and as part of a team
• Be a team player who is proactive, enthusiastic, approachable and flexible in your daily tasks
• Be able to communicate with all members of staff, continuously seek improvement, take ownership and responsibility

• Have basic PC skills and Food Safety & Health and Safety Levels 2
