Warehouse Team Manager
Reading (Nights)
Salary £36,266 (including night shift allowance)
Shift Pattern - Sunday - Friday 18:00 start onwards some flexibility is required
We supply great food to some of the best-known restaurants and pubs. We are currently recruiting for a talented and results driven Warehouse Team Manager for our Reading Depot.
The role:
- Communication of KPI’s to the team
- Plan and schedule the shift’s work, assigning activities to the team
- Hold start of shift huddles
- Team motivation
- Ensure administration is completed and date captured in a timely and accurate fashion
- Work with Distribution/Customer services to assist in customer liaison
- Staff utilisation and rota planning
- Providing training and direction to team members were required
- Absence management
