Job description

Our client in Bolton is looking to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor for their night shift based at their Head Office and Distribution site

The Role includes:

• Managing a Picking Line
• Ensuring all orders are picked correctly and recorded on the WMS
• Ensuring Security and MHRA practices are adhered to
• Quality checking performance of Picking Team
• Managing Staff absences, holidays and overtime
• Ensuring housekeeping is maintained at a high level
• Developing the team and assisting with hiring and disciplinaries where needed

Working times and pay:

• Monday to Friday normally
• 19:00-03:30 with overtime required in busy periods
• £13.50 p/h
• 40-45 hours per week

Skills/Qualifications Needed:

• Warehouse Management Experience
• Experience Managing teams of staff including pickers
• Good Numeracy & Literacy skills
• Able to demonstrate initiative, bring in new ideas and implement changes needed within the business as part of the management team
• Work as a leader and a manager within the business
