• Overall performance of the warehouse and logistics.
• Managing budgets, controlling and minimising costs.
• Developing, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, and driving KPI’s for; (not exclusive to) OTIF, stock accuracy, absence, quality, H&S, cost control.
• Managing, motivating, developing and mentoring direct reports.
• Ensure your workspace (goods in/out, racking areas and the yard) are clean, tidy and safe via the implementation of a 5s process. Ensure the auditing of this process.
• Responsible for the quality assurance of all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Stock accuracy

• Working alongside Purchasing, Production, Production Planning, and Technical, delivering on time and in full, right first-time products to our customers.
• Responsible for ensuring the equipment and ancillary items within the department are safe and fit for purpose.
• Booking haulier requirements onto 3rd party haulier websites ensuring that haulage/courier costs are managed effectively.
• Support and communicate the company policies for Health & Safety and conduct.
• Drive continuous improvement and opportunities across the business.
• Helping to create a culture where employees feel valued, involved and constantly striving to improve themselves, processes and business performance.
• Clear and concise internal communications.
