How you will make an impact as a Security Officer/ Receptionist:

• Prevent and deter unauthorised access to the site.
• Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms and CCTV.
• Conduct external and internal security patrols.
• Provide a first-class Reception service and a positive and professional first impression.
• Provide prompt, efficient and polite responses to both visitors and internal customers either face to face, via the telephone or through email communication.
• Ensure all visitors are aware of the Health & Safety/Emergency procedures on site.
• Provide assistance and act as a crucial point of contact for Reception, managing visitors’ requirements and informing their host of visitor’s arrivals.
• Maintain Security and Safety standards as required, ensuring visitors and contractors are escorted where needed.
• Booking transport for visitors.
• Collecting data of coach users and liaising with the coach company on a day-to-day basis to ensure a smooth service for users.
• To provide administrative support to the Facilities team as and when required including but not limited to collecting data, providing reports and managing internal documentation.
• To maintain a safe working environment within the areas of CBRE’s responsibilities.

Essential Skills

What you will bring to be a Security Officer/Receptionist:

• A valid SIA Licence
• Right to work in the UK
• Five-year checkable history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment
