Your Role With Us:
Your role is to help us Onboard new Clients and manage existing clients by working with them to understand their needs. We will provide full training for this role.
Your role will involve:
- Client Onboarding: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding process for new clients.
- CRM and Customer Onboarding Software: Utilise advanced CRM and Customer Onboarding software to set up clients, maintain accurate records, and track customer interactions.
- Support and Issue Resolution: Provide prompt and effective support to clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Customer Success Focus: Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and desired outcomes. Collaborate with them to identify areas for improvement in their sales and marketing strategies.
- Relationship Building: Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, serving as their trusted point of contact and maintaining regular communication to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team, sharing insights, and collaborating on customer requirements to achieve shared goals.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, support tickets, and generate reports to drive informed decision-making.
