At Gregory Distribution Ltd, we have a vacancy for a Warehouse Shift Team Leader Days based at our Coalville Depot.

The position will involve:

• Monitor picking operations within designated area to ensure safety and performance are maintained in-line with company expectations and targets
• Accurate receiving picking and dispatching of pallets.
• Maintain stock control in line with company policy and procedure.
• Engage with warehouse operatives to encourage best practice and understand any issues which are preventing them from achieving optimal pick rate in-line with company targets.
• Take appropriate action to ensure any system or facility issues affecting optimal pick rate are rectified in a timely manner
• Ensure warehouse operatives are following company procedure in terms of safety and picking operations.
• Carry out performance reviews and one-to-one meetings with direct reports as required to maintain company standards and targets.
