We are looking for an experienced Materials Control / Warehouse / Logistics Shift Manager at our head office campus in Nottingham. Reporting to the Manufacturing Planning and Supply Manager, this vital role is responsible for ensuring that our production teams have the materials they need to deliver their agreed plans on time, in full.
Working collaboratively across departments, you will help ensure we not only achieve our goals but we do so in an efficient and safe way.

Key responsibilities:
- Managing teams across multiple factories to ensure that material flow into and out of manufacturing achieves OTIF delivery to agreed plans.
- Develop and maintain a set of KPI’s that provide clarity and drive improvement.
- Develop a culture of collaboration, problem solving and continuous improvement within the team.
- Ensure SOP’s are in place and up to date and assess staff against agreed standards.
- Champion a safety culture.
- Ensure all MHE is maintained in good working order.

Other Essential Information
This role operates over a 6am – 2pm shift Monday – Thursday and 6am – 1pm Friday.
