Office Administrator Job Responsibilities
Managing the reception area, including welcoming guests
Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
Provide assistance with different budgeting and bookkeeping activities
Keeping databases in check and update them regularly
Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
Control of department email addresses, ensuring all queries are directed to the responsible person and answered within a reasonable timescale.
Control the flow of digital records into the department, ensuring a robust and regulated system of records control is managed.
Managing the Subcontractors with records management and respond on their queries.
Liaising with operatives for payroll purposes.
Perform additional ad hoc tasks as directed by the Management Team.

Requirements:
Previous working experience as an Office Administrator for 2 years
Knowledge of Sage50 would be advantageous
Specific industry experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
In-depth and hands on experience and knowledge of office management and accounting processes
Attention to detail
