We are looking to recruit an energetic, capable, hands on, Warehouse/Production Operative to support and deliver on the company Operations Plans. This is a fast paced, physically demanding role in the company and the successful candidate must be flexible to changing requirements and able to communicate wellThe role is split between Production, making up wheel assemblies and fitting tyres and Warehouse, picking and packing orders for despatch to our customers. The successful candidate will understand the importance of a clean and organised workplace and be willing to learn.Key Responsibilities and duties of this role….· Responding quickly and efficiently to the changing demands of the role in a calm and focussed manner, managing their own time and communicating clearly with the team· Making up wheel assemblies and fitting tyres to required specifications to meet the daily production requirements as set by the Production & Warehouse Manager· Assisting with picking and Despatch of orders as and when required under the direction from the Production & Warehouse ManagerRequirementsThe ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes, and qualifications…· Desire to learn and get the job done efficiently· Physically fit and ability to be flexible to changing demands· Excellent Communication skills and able to take direction· Knowledge of Microsoft Office· Ability to use carrier booking platforms and tracking facilities· Excellent time management & organisation skills· Ability to manage own workload· Attention to detailWhen working within a small team, it is imperative that the successful candidate has a positive can-do attitude and is willing to remain flexible to meet the changing demands of the business.
