Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic 'Warehouse Packer' to join our award winning team at the British Ironwork Centre in Oswestry, Shropshire.Full training will be provided.Duties include:General warehouse duties including picking and packingEnsuring goods are made available for dispatch in line with customer expectationsEnsuring incoming consignments are processed in a timely manner.Loading and unloading deliveries efficiently & safely.Assisting the warehouse manager and other supervisors in the maintenance and safe running of the warehouseGeneral warehouse stock logistics movements to maximise internal efficienciesUpholding goods inwards and returns processesGeneral warehouse health and safety ensuring all areas of the warehouse are kept clean, tidy and safe at all times.Encouraging cross company collaboration between departmentsStocktaking & maintenance of accurate inventory recordsAssist with other areas of the business when required - working offsite when requiredFriendly, supportive and FUN working environment!Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £10.50-£12.50 per hourBenefits:Casual dressCompany eventsDiscounted or free foodEmployee discountOn-site parkingStore discountFlexible Language Requirement:English not requiredSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate:Oswestry: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Work Location: In person
